Free Reward Flight Claim Form

For your convenience, free SkyRewards tickets should be booked online at www.cemair.co.za. Click on the "Pay by REWARDS Miles" box on the booking panel. Ensure you have your SkyRewards number and password to hand as you will need to enter them to complete the booking.

If you cannot or do not wish to book your free SkyRewards ticket on line you should complete the claim form below; please check if you have earned sufficient miles to claim a free ticket before you submit the form. Please note that a Ticket Service Fee of R280 per booking will apply; you can save this fee by making your own booking.

a) I understand that I must submit this request at least 10 working days before my intended date of travel.

b) I also agree to pay additional taxes and fees and understand that the Reward ticket is not refundable and normal change fees apply when the ticket is issued.

c) I agree to pay the Ticket Service Fee, currently R 280 per booking.

Please note that there are limited seats for Reward ticket bookings and you may not be able to travel on busy flights.
